The Gather on Dickson in Fayetteville, AR is a new construction apartment complex. The modern construction is a highlight in the growing city of Fayetteville.

Hotel Chisca Project

The Hotel Chisca is an important historical landmark in downtown Memphis, TN. We were tasked with infill of floor gaps left from the removal of old wall structures. Following that, we installed USG’s proprietary LevelRock 2500 to provide a level and flat subfloor for the new flooring in the building. Montgomery Martin Contractors, one of the premiere general contractors in our region, has gone above and beyond to knock this one out of the park, and FlatRock Systems is proud to have been a part of revitalizing this beautiful building.

New Project

The parking lot rehabilitation at the Historic Hotel Chisca in downtown Memphis, TN was a unique and challenging experience. Dozertrax USA, LLC was responsible for turning the old, paved lot into a modern parking lot that would serve the needs of the newly revitalized and modernized upscale apartment development.

Latest Project

The Village at Green Meadows Development in Munford, TN is a picturesque community being constructed in the quiet, idyllic setting of Tipton County. Dozertrax USA, LLC is proud to be a part of this multi-year development, and we take pride in being the site and underground utility contractor for this project. We look forward to watching this subdivision grow.

Downtown Memphis

The apartments at 91 South Second Street in downtown Memphis was another foray into the growing trend of modernizing and revitalizing the older buildings in the downtown area. We are proud to be a part of this project, and we look forward to continue to establish our expertise in the upcycling of these historic and beautiful projects.
